Weighted Sleep Hood

It did not turn me into a perfect sleeper or anything. I still wake up sometimes. But bright mornings are less annoying, and I reach for it a lot.

I mostly use the silky side because I sleep warm. The cozy side feels nice for naps, but I would love a few more color options in the cool-feeling fabrics.

It feels like a little cocoon around my head, in a good way. It just kind of settles in.

My husband has started borrowing mine for weekend naps. I am choosing to take that as a five star review, but also please make a darker color.

No strap dent on my hair. No pressure on my lashes. Just dark. Very happy. I care about those tiny things because I use sleep masks almost every night, and the little annoyances add up.

I keep it on the couch because that is where my accidental naps happen lol. It makes a messy little nap feel more intentional.

The cool side is what sold me. I wake up warm a lot lately, and flipping it over without fully waking myself up is weirdly useful. It feels softer than the gel masks I have tried and much less fussy to keep by the bed.

It is hard to explain, but it gives me a little boundary when I am maxed out.

I was worried full-head coverage would feel too much, but it actually feels calmer than a regular mask. Less fiddling around with the nose gap.

I usually hate weighted masks because they sit right on my eyes. This feels more spread out, like a light pressure around my head instead of something pushing on my face. I wish there were more fit photos on the site, but I like the actual product a lot.

My wife reads with the lamp on and I used to just pretend it didn't bother me. This has made bedtime much less dramatic. Took one night to get used to the hood feeling.

After a screen-heavy day, I put this on for ten minutes before bed just to stop looking at things. Very good for stopping myself from TikTok scrolling.

I bought this for postpartum naps, not some perfect eight-hour sleep fantasy. If the baby gives me 24 minutes, I need to be off-duty fast. This helps me stop checking the monitor light and actually close my eyes. The covered feeling makes me feel a little safer, like I have my own tiny room for a minute. I am probably getting a second one for the nursery chair.

Side sleeper here. This is the first one I did not have to fix half-asleep.

Day sleeping is rude. My room is bright even with curtains, and this makes it feel a lot less like 10 a.m. I did not expect to use it every week, but now it is part of my post-shift routine.

Bought it for flights, because I am done using my sweatshirt as a face tent. It lives in my carry-on now. I used it on a red-eye next to someone watching a movie at full brightness and somehow still got a few hours. The gentle weight helps me stop bracing against everything around me.

Used it in a hotel where the curtains had that bright little crack down the middle. Slept anyway. Bless. I travel for work twice a month and already ordered another one to keep in my suitcase because I know I will forget it otherwise.

I toss around a lot and most eye masks end up under my pillow. This one was still on in the morning, which genuinely surprised me. I sleep on my side, back, and apparently diagonally, so that is saying something.
